School Leadership Teams are school-based organizations in every school. They are composed of an equal number of parents and staff. They meet at least once a month, and determine the structure for school-based planning and shared decision-making.

Note: Only School Leadership Team members can present and comment during the School Leadership Team meetings. Observers are welcome to attend all School Leadership Team meetings, however, are not allowed to speak or participate in any discussions.  Should any observer wish to comment, a written submission to the School Leadership Team chairperson must be received one week prior to the meeting. After receiving the written request, the chairperson will consult with the School Leadership Team and the observer will be notified to speak at the following months meeting. It is the responsibility of the SLT Chairperson to maintain order and remove parties not adhering to the SLT by-laws.
